After studying design in Montreal and England, Alain Cayouette worked for industrial design firms and manufacturers in the Montreal area.

In the early 2000s, he founded his design company and worked as an independent designer, primarily in the houseware product category.

He subsequently worked in the fields of furniture, specialized products, lighting fixtures, and engineering-oriented design, developing among other things industrial buildings and housing that use materials such as aluminum and composite polymers in their manufacturing.

Today, still engaged in research and development for new ideas that stand out from products on the market, one of his main goals is to incorporate a form of applied art into the product, create wonder, and spark consumer interest.
